The product came and within 2 minutes the string broke at the join where it was poorly glued together so I turned it off. A fizzing/hissing noise then started and I realised the unit was getting unbearably hot so I put oven gloves on and put it outside. The noise was actually where the unit was getting so hot that it had melted the batteries. I informed Yunix and sent them pictures advising that I do not want a replacement as the item appeared dangerous. They ignored this and have told me they are sending a replacement. If I could give this item 'no' stars I would and 'no' stars for their customer service.
